Strategic HR Business Partner

As our Strategic HR Business Partner, you provide support allowing the Directorate-General Operations to implement its business plans and strategy efficiently. You integrate and promote the human and organizational component in the strategic and operational decisions of the Directorate-General. You develop an HR vision for the Directorate-General Operations in line with the strategy of the company, the Directorate-General and human resources.

You work closely with our management team to gain insight in their activities and their needs as well as with the human resources experts with the aim to develop integrated solutions.

You participate in the efficient performance of HR policies and processes within our customer department, in line with the strategy of the Directorate-General Operations, human resources and the company. 

Within the framework of a continuous improvement process, you proactively propose improvements of the HR programmes, the HR process and the in-company regulation. You develop them with the centres of expertise and help implement them.

You advise and coach the management team of our customer department regarding the operational management of staff.

As our company and our Directorate-General Operations are continuously changing in order to respond to the needs of their external customers, you will be working closely with the Cultural Change & Internal Communication Manager so as to support the implementation of the change management initiatives.

You will report directly to our Human Resources Director.
